Yes, we believe every one needs a bike fit. In the same way you need to have the right sized shoes or your jeans need to fit, your bike needs to fit you as well. You can always wear shoes that are the wrong size or jeans that are too loose or too tight, but it's probably not going to feel the best. Unlike poorly fitting clothing a poorly fitted bike can injury you.
Yes, your riding position may change over time. Just like you visit your dentist to make sure your teeth are doing ok, you should re-visit your bike fit every 9-12 months , depending on how much you're riding or perhaps if you body has changed in some way, like you've lost weight or gain muscle, perhaps you've become more mobile, our bodys are always so checking your bike fit is still optimal is like an insurance policy for your health
Yes, you can do your Virtual Bike Fit by yourself. You'll need a way to position your phone or tablet so we can see you on your bike from head to toe. We also need to see you standing from head to toe. Using a tripod is always good or having some way to mount your device and adjust the angle accordingly.
You can also have a friend or loved one help you. Not only can they adjust the camera angle easily they'll also experience your bike fitting and may be able to give you valuable feed back and encouragement.
